Key Responsibilities:
Interview and facilitate workshops with CFOs and senior finance leaders across various departments
Define the Finance Platform North Star and target operating model while assessing current finance processes for transformation opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives throughout the transformation process
Required Qualifications:
Significant experience at the intersection of Finance, Insurance, and Transformation
Strong finance and accounting expertise with experience in complex finance transformations
Ability to work credibly with CFO-level stakeholders
Experience connecting Finance with Actuarial, Risk, Operations, and Technology
U.S. health insurance/payer finance experience is a strong advantage, but not required
