What you'll do: Review and sign off on agent-drafted artifacts in your domain Pair with customers' senior engineers on the decisions that matter Write the house-style rules and patterns agents follow on your accounts Contribute reusable patterns back to the GenArk platform Mentor other senior engineers on the craft of supervising agents What we're looking forTen or more years building production systems A track record of work that ran at scale Strong opinions about reviewability, audit trails and reversibility You would rather review twenty pull requests well than write one
