Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor Reliable and dependable Construction or general labor experience is a plus Key ResponsibilitiesCover and secure stockpiles with tarps, ropes, and sandbags Move and handle heavy materials Sew and repair tarps using portable sewing machines Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Maintain a clean work area and equipment Work effectively with the crew to complete projects
