Barista & Cafe Experience Lead | Flexible Schedule

Helms Bakery in Culver City is opening a new Coffee Shop with an in-house bakery, deli, a curated retail market, and a focus on guest experience. We seek a dedicated barista to help launch and uphold our standards; weekend and holiday flexibility is essential as the operation runs 8am-8pm Wednesdays through Sundays, with plans to expand to seven days. Responsibilities include maintaining service flow, roasting protocols, and staying current on seasonal offerings, all while using Toast POS.
