🎯 The Opportunity: You’ll join an established specialist sales desk within one of our core markets. Prior to joining, we will align you with a specific market based on your sales strengths and interests. You’ll kick off your journey with our 12-week Accelerator program, designed to translate your sales skills into elite recruitment practices before transitioning full-time into your market with active coaching.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing: This is a full-desk, phone-first sales role focused on driving revenue, outbound outreach, and relationship building. You will:📞 Outbound Prospecting: Headhunt top-tier talent and pitch new opportunities over the phone and Linked In.🤝 Business Development: Identify, pitch, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients to land new accounts.🎯 Deal Management: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from qualifying client requirements to closing candidates.💡 Consultative Selling: Act as an industry expert advising clients on talent market trends and hiring strategies.💬 Negotiation: Own fee structures, offer letters, and contract negotiations.📈 Pipeline Building: Consistently generate new business leads and market intelligence to grow your desk's revenue.

🔎 What We’re Looking For: Sales Track Record: Background in outbound sales, business development, real estate, account management, or high-volume prospecting. Driven & Resilient: Motivated by target-based environments, uncapped commission, and clear KPIs. Phone-First Mindset: Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and pitching prospects daily. Coachable: High learning agility—ready to adapt your existing sales technique to the recruitment model.
