Job Description: Qualifications & Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of one year relevant paraprofessional or related experience required
  • Experience supporting students in special education or behavioral needs is highly valued
  • Ability to adapt and respond to diverse student needs and classroom dynamics
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with students, teachers, and staff

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on classroom assistance under the direction of certified teachers

  • Assist in implementing behavior intervention strategies and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful classroom climate for all learners
  • Foster social, emotional, and academic growth through personalized support and encouragement
  • Help with daily classroom routines and keep accurate records as needed
