You'll be: Operating and maintaining production systems and tools (e.g., mixing equipment, scales), including cleaning Observing quality and reporting any deviations to supervisors throughout the production process Ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Maintaining quality management and utilizing department technology and techniques per work instructions Supporting low-loss and low-emission production practices Adhering to the production schedule and workload priorities set by the Production Supervisor Managing inventory efficiently and communicating effectively within your team Using internal computer programs (e.g., SAP) and following Lean Management / 5S principles Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area while reporting health and safety concerns This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a related environment Are willing to receive hazardous waste training within 6 months of employment and annually thereafter Demonstrate excellent communication skills for interactions with internal and external customers Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP experience is preferred Can work independently, meet deadlines under pressure, and provide exemplary customer service Are able to safely perform frequent walking, standing, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.), stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching Are comfortable with exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals, wearing a respirator, and passing fit testing Can maintain regular and punctual attendance and follow directions provided by the supervisor
