Bookkeeper

Schedule: 8Am to 5PM.

Responsibilities: Ability to understand and process A/R and A/P.Manage the accounts payable process by coding invoices, submitting them for proper approval, and processing payment. Handle record-keeping/filing. Match invoices and determine account coding. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Work with outside accountants as needed. Assist with collection activities as required. Process payroll.

Qualifications: 1-3 Years relevant experience. QuickBooks is a must.
