Outsourcing Senior ManagerThe Outsourcing Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic management of outsourced functions, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and high-quality delivery. JOB FUNCTIONSDevelops and implements strategies for outsourcing critical business functions, from concept to deliveryEnsures compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirementsOversees the outsourcing lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to closeout and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsConducts risk assessments, develops contingency plans, and ensures outsourced activities meet corporate SOPs, policies, and industry regulationsTracks and reports on outsourced project performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and recommends process optimizationsWorks with internal teams and external partners to align outsourcing initiatives with business goalsDevelops and manages outsourcing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiencyMentors staff, provides guidance, and fosters professional developmentStays updated on outsourcing trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and applies them to improve operationsEDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in business, administration, finance, or a related field, PreferredIn lieu of a degree, equivalent experience will be consideredMaster's Degree, PreferredWORK EXPERIENCE5--7+ years in RCM outsourcing management, RequiredDemonstrated management of offshore or outsourced vendor partners, RequiredWorkflow optimization, KPI development, and operational reporting, RequiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESStrong understanding of payer behavior, denial management, AR recovery strategies, and performance analytics, RequiredStrong business acumen, project management expertise, vendor relationship management, and regulatory backgroundLincare offers employees a variety of competitive benefits that include ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
