- Responsibilities of back of house team members:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, line, and food preparation
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
- Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-AWork safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying updated on any changes
- Complete all assigned opening or closing duties
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and qualifications:- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent and reliable
