Associate - Litigation and Trial in Securities and MampA Litigation

Duties: Assist in handling securities class actions and stockholder derivative suits. Support M&A litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty and corporate control disputes. Engage in SEC and regulatory enforcement matters. Participate in accountants' and professional liability cases. Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy.

Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience in securities litigation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications: Admission to the California State Bar. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
