Physician / Gynecology / New Hampshire / Locum tenens / Physician - OB/GYN Job

Responsibilities and Duties: Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for outpatient needs, emergency department consultations, and inpatient obstetrics and gynecology. Conduct clinic hours at the AVH OB/GYN office and CCFHS Prenatal Clinic, typically 1-2 times per week. Perform surgical procedures, serving as primary surgeon or assistant. Manage labor and delivery cases. Conduct inpatient rounds and care for OB/GYN patients. Oversee scheduled C-sections, ideally planned outside of morning clinic hours. Address a patient caseload in clinic settings consisting of approximately 90% prenatal and 10% GYN cases.

Additional Information: Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required. EMR system utilized: Dragon. Setting includes both inpatient and outpatient care, covering clinic, hospital, and emergency department environments. Call schedule involves 24/7 on-call duties during the assignment. Patient volume includes approximately 80 annual deliveries at AVH and clinic hours of 1-3 hours per session, 1-2 times weekly.
