Angove Partners is working with the COO of a PE-backed multi-line MGA platform to hire a senior Strategic Operations lead based in Jersey City. The business is in an exciting phase of growth, with an active acquisition strategy and ambitious plans. This appointment will play a key role in bringing newly acquired businesses together, strengthening group-wide infrastructure and ensuring the platform is operationally equipped to support its next stage of expansion.
About the role: This opportunity would work closely with senior leadership to drive operational priorities and manage cross-function initiatives. Some responsibilities include:
  • Group integration - Bringing newly acquired businesses into the group
  • Operational consistency - Establishing common processes and standards
  • Growth - Building infrastructure to support expansion
  • Reporting - Creating group-wide performance reporting
  • Technology - Improving systems across different businesses
  • Governance - Ensuring appropriate controls and oversight

Strong organizational and project execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through. Ability to work across business functions, technology, vendors, and leadership teams. Experience in insurance or financial services would be beneficial
