Freight Audit & Service Associate

Its Traffic Systems Inc in Westlake, OH seeks an Audit & Service Associate. This full-time hourly role supports freight bill processing, basic auditing, and data entry, with backup duties for customer and carrier services. The position spans the Audit/Service department and may cross into Front-End Operations as needed. Entry level with 2–3 years of similar experience preferred; strong typing (50–60 WPM) and proficiency in MS Office are expected. Office hours: 7:30am–4:00pm or 8:00am–4:30pm.
