Factory Finance Leader & Strategy Partner

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Factory Controller to lead the financial management of the Business Unit, reporting to the Factory Manager. This role drives budgeting, forecasting, accounting oversight, and risk management while serving as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and promoting sustainable profitability. You will partner with the Factory Manager and executives to improve performance, implement strong internal controls, and support strategic growth initiatives. Travel ~5–10% as needed.
