Overview: In this role you ensure material availability to support production and maintain control over schedules and records. You'll coordinate material flows, address shortages, and drive corrective actions to prevent disruptions, contributing to compliant, efficient manufacturing. You will work within a cross-functional supply chain team to optimize outcomes and support continual improvement. This is an opportunity to impact patient care by enabling reliable production of leading eye care products. You will operate in a regulated environment with focus on quality, documentation, and timely reporting. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain material schedules to support production control
  • Balance inventory with service levels to keep operations uninterrupted
  • Record-keeping of material receipts, stock, and in-production status
  • Coordinate material flow within/between departments per schedules
  • Identify shortages and initiate corrective actions
  • Expedite critical materials and coordinate repairs or transportation to avoid disruptions
  • Track progress, generate status reports, and communicate changes to stakeholders
  • Perform specialized tasks and independent research to improve outcomes
  • Adhere to SOPs and GxP regulations with accurate documentation
  • Complete required training and contribute to regulatory compliance
Key requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent years of directly related experience 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in reading/writing/ speaking English
  • Strong communication and analytical skillsstrong problem-solving abilitiesability to manage changing prioritiesclear written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Excelability to learn business systems for records and reportsdata analysis and reporting
