Law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their San Diego office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex litigation matters throughout the case lifecycle, applying strong knowledge of legal procedures, case management, and project coordination
- Partner with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and external resources to gather information and support case objectives.
- Oversee multiple projects and competing deadlines while establishing efficient organizational and procedural workflows
- Manage discovery requests, responses, document collection, and production activities
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memoranda, legal documents, factual analyses, and other case materials
- Support trial preparation
- Mentor junior paralegals and contribute to shared resources, best practices, and team knowledge development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7+ years of relevant litigation experience required
- Trial experience required
- Significant experience managing discovery, document review, and production required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint a must
