Provide daily living assistance to our residents with personal care tasks, such as dressing, bathing, eating, and grooming Record and report vital signs as well as patient behavior and activity Assist in the transportation of residents within the facility to carry out various activities and medical appointments Ensure the utmost respect, dignity, and well-being of each resident by providing empathetic care and maintaining confidentiality Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure top-quality care and service Strong interpersonal and communications skills Proficient in maintaining accurate health records and managing documentation Ability to follow detailed instructions and a strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Capability to handle physical demands of the position Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification CPR and First Aid certification preferred
