Mission & Values Director - Healthcare Ethics Advocate

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Portsmouth, VA seeks a Director of Mission to align operations with Catholic heritage and the organization’s mission and values. You will collaborate with the Mission and Values Team and leaders across sites to integrate ethics, education, and spiritual care into practice. Prerequisites include a Master's degree in Theology or related field (or progress toward it), 2–3 years of leadership in health care or nonprofit settings, and strong Catholic theological knowledge.
