The Nursing Laboratory And Remediation Coordinator is a 9-month full-time faculty role responsible for managing the simulation and skills laboratories that support the Practical Nursing and Associate Nursing programs. This role also provides support for nursing students in theory, clinical, simulation and lab settings to improve comprehension, academic performance, retention, and NCLEX pass rates. The coordinator works closely with nursing faculty to design simulation scenarios, teach clinical skills, provide performance feedback, and deliver targeted remediation across theory, clinical, simulation, and lab settings. This role requires strong clinical expertise, familiarity with simulation technologies, and a commitment to student success.
