Conviso Inc is hiring OpenText Content Server Specialist. This is remote role and it comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO. The Ideal Candidate will be experienced OpenText Content Server 25.x and related OpenText products Specialist to support installation, configuration, administration, customization, and data migration activities within an enterprise environment.
Role: OpenText Content Server Specialist
Location: Remote – EST (Washington, District of Columbia)
Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain OpenText Content Server 25.x on Windows platforms.
  • Install and configure OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and OpenText Archive Server.
  • Install and configure Web Reports; create and modify Web Reports scripts for data updates and migration a activities.
  • Install and configure OpenText Extreme and CAPTURE on Windows environments.
  • Support Enterprise Connect, Workflows, and related Content Server functionality.
  • Develop and maintain custom UI components using OScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Troubleshoot platform, configuration, integration, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to support enterprise content management and migration initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–10+ years of experience supporting enterprise content management platforms.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with OpenText Content Server, including installation and configuration.
  • Experience with OpenText Content Server 25.x on Windows OS.
  • Experience with OTDS, Archive Server, Web Reports, Extreme, and CAPTURE.
  • Strong understanding of Web Reports scripting and data migration.
  • Experience with OScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom UI development.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Connect and OpenText Workflows. Desired Skills & Domain Experience
  • Federal/Government project experience preferred.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • OpenText certifications or experience with large-scale Content Server implementations is a plus. Expected Salary Range: $120-130K
