Day Program Instructor

About the Role: As a Day Program Instructor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a day program setting. You’ll help people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines Supporting medical needs and appointments Following individualized support and behavior plans Encouraging community involvement and social engagement Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff) Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team No two days are the same—and every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
