Banquet Operations Leader

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to oversee all banquet events, ensuring quality service, adherence to standards, and profitability. The role manages staff, coordinates with Sales, Catering, Housekeeping and other departments, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. The person in this role will lead daily operations, monitor budgets, and maintain consistency across events while delivering exceptional guest experiences at a luxury level.
