Hyperscale Data Center Design Lead

Cipher Mining is seeking a Design Manager for Hyperscale Data Center Programs to lead cross-discipline design coordination across Civil/Structural/Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, and specialty systems. You will align architecture, engineering, and procurement to deliver on time and within budgets, serving as the main liaison between Engineering and PMO. The role requires 8–15+ years in design project management, strong facilitation skills, and experience in fast-track design environments.
