Financial Analyst

Responsibilities: Partner with Sales and business leaders to develop meaningful reporting and analytics that support growth and profitability. Analyze customer, product, pricing, and margin performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses against budget and forecast, providing insights into key business drivers. Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes. Build and maintain financial models to project revenue, profitability, and key operating metrics. Evaluate forecast assumptions and communicate financial risks and opportunities to leadership. Develop detailed operating budgets and support ongoing financial planning activities. Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and business performance reviews. Assist with the preparation of presentations and reporting materials for finance and operational leadership. Identify process improvement opportunities and help enhance reporting capabilities and financial decision support across the organization.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, audit, business analytics, or a related finance function. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and data analysis. Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience partnering directly with Sales, Commercial, or Operations teams. Experience in pricing analysis, margin analysis, or revenue forecasting. Exposure to high-growth or rapidly evolving business environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Experience with ERP, reporting, and business intelligence tools such as Net Suite, Power BI, Planful, or similar platforms is preferred. Strong business acumen and ability to support decision-making within a growing organization.
