Qualifications: Applicants MUST be clean cut and professional in appearance Be authorized to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation Must have a valid driver's license Must pass background check and drug test Management experience of 1-2 years is preferred Car wash and/or mechanical experience of at least 1-2 years is a plus Ability to work 40-50 hours per week Excellent disposition, mindset, communication skills, and work ethic Compensation $13.00 - $15.00 per hour plus bonus incentives. Responsibilities: Assisting the General Manager in daily operations of the car wash Monitoring wash and product quality Handling customer issues and concerns on a daily basis Keeping staff on track and on task to meet daily and monthly goals set by the ownership and management team Maintaining equipment and involvement in repairing necessary equipment
