You'll work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use site projects from concept through permitting and construction.
What you'll do:
- Design site grading, stormwater management, and drainage systems
- Lay out water, sewer, and other site utilities
- Prepare site plans, plan sets, and permit submittals in Civil 3DCoordinate with project managers, PEs, surveyors, and local review agencies
What you'll need:
- EIT certification
- At least 1 year of civil engineering experience in land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DCompensation: $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
