Shifts: Day Shift and Night Shift with Weekend availability; Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, every other weekend - hours vary
Night Shift: 4:30 pm - close, Monday - Friday, every other weekend - hours vary
Compensation: $10-12/hour
Overall Position Summary:
Home Dialing Agent Performing outbound calls (surveys, courtesy calls) to ensure client satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
Establish friendly connections over the phone quickly, positive and upbeat.
Speak with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to handle difficult customers in a professional manner
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent reading skills
- Pleasant phone voice
- Functional computer skills
- Telemarketing, Call Center, or Customer Service experience a plus
Computer Requirements:
- Must currently have a PC with Microsoft Windows 10 or newer (NO Chromebooks or Apple Devices)
- Must currently have a headset with a microphone and mute capability.
- High-Speed Internet connectivity. Internet speed must be at least 3 Mbps.
- Must have a quiet workspace.
