Nutritional Associate - Weekend Availability

Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Supplement Sales Associate to join our team. In this dual-focus role, you will be the face of FH Nutrition—assisting walk-in customers with supplement recommendations, maintaining store operations, and actively connecting clients with our expert nutrition consultants by scheduling consultations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Retail Sales & Customer Consultation Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming, consultative retail experience. Listen to customer health goals (e.g., muscle gain, weight management, energy, gut health) and recommend appropriate high-quality supplements. Explain product ingredients, dosage recommendations, and potential benefits in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. Stay up-to-date on product inventory, ingredients, brands, and current industry trends.2. Appointment Setting & Service Promotion Actively educate customers on the benefits of FH Nutrition’s personalized 1-on-1 nutrition consultations. Identify customers who would benefit from expert dietary planning or deeper health assessments. Schedule consultation appointments on-site using our scheduling software, ensuring proper client intake details are captured. Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, or text to confirm upcoming appointments and manage booking calendars.3. Store Operations & Maintenance Process retail transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked retail displays and shelves. Perform inventory checks, unpack shipments, and assist with stock replenishment. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or wellness/fitness industry roles. Knowledge: General understanding or strong interest in nutritional supplements, sports nutrition, vitamins, and holistic wellness.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a friendly, persuasive tone.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, basic scheduling software (e.g., Mindbody, Acuity, Calendly), and phone etiquette. Sales Drive: Ability to cross-sell products and fearlessly pitch consultation services to retail visitors.
