Metal Fabrication General Laborer TIG & Leak Testing

Standard Iron is hiring a General Laborer in Hartford, WI for the production team. This full-time, first-shift role runs from 4:00am to 2:30pm and reports to the Operations Manager. You will safely deliver defect-free products, help with leak testing and welding touch-ups, manage inventory, operate equipment like forklifts, and support fabrication and grinding tasks while upholding safety and quality procedures.
