Key responsibilities:
Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement and follow-up
Provide technical expertise and consultative support to clients regarding insurance coverage and risk assessment
Ensure timely responses to underwriters and maintain accurate documentation within agency management systems
Required qualifications:
8 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance with a comprehensive understanding of coverages and underwriting
State Property & Casualty insurance license is required
High school diploma is required; college degree preferred
Industry designations such as ARM, CIC, CPCU, or CPRIA are preferred or expected to be pursued
Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart is a plus, but not required
