Commercial Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters. Handle contract disputes, business tort claims, regulatory compliance matters, and other complex civil litigation issues. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents. Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written analyses. Participate in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Develop case strategy and work closely with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Manage competing deadlines and case responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff in a team-oriented environment focused on client service and professional development.
