We own and operate some of the fastest-growing event franchises in the country including Future Proof, Retail Club, ETF.com, and Safeguard, and we’re scaling a system that brings live events, technology, creative services, and data together under one roof. Pixel leadership includes the founders of industry leading events such as Future Proof, Money 20/20, and Shoptalk, who are now building the next wave of modern, best-in-class events. We don’t just build events and conferences. We’re building an entirely new standard for how people meet, learn, and do business through event experiences.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Sponsor Activation Manager to join our Sponsor Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Sponsor Operations Manager, you’ll support the planning, production, and execution of sponsor brand activations and exhibit-related logistics across Pixel’s event portfolio. This production-focused role involves translating activation concepts into reality through print, fabrication, or internal sourcing. You will also manage operational systems for exhibit add-ons and coordinate with service vendors. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments and can manage multiple projects independently.
What You'll Do:
Translate sponsor activation concepts into practical production plans, including sourcing, budgeting, timelines, measurements, assembly requirements, installation, and on-site execution. Manage multiple sponsor activation deliverables simultaneously, tracking deadlines, budgets, production status, and key stakeholder updates from concept through completion. Source activation components through online retailers, specialty suppliers, rental companies, print vendors, fabricators, and other production partners. Coordinate with print, fabrication, rental, installation, catering, furniture, and other event service vendors to ensure activation elements are produced accurately and delivered on time. Review proofs, specifications, measurements, materials, and production details to identify potential issues before they reach the event site. Support hands-on assembly, styling, installation, troubleshooting, quality control, and teardown of sponsor activations on-site. Manage the back-end operations of the Exhibitor Add-On Form, including auditing orders against activation plans, tracking cancellations and refunds, reconciling discrepancies, and preparing service breakdowns by category for internal teams and vendors. Communicate directly with sponsors regarding Exhibitor Add-On Form discrepancies, order changes, cancellations, and refund confirmations. Help identify opportunities to improve activation production workflows, vendor processes, documentation, and operational systems as Pixel continues to scale. What Makes You a Strong Fit Experience in event production, experiential marketing, exhibits, or another hands-on creative logistics role. Familiar with print, signage, fabrication, rentals, production materials, measurements, and basic installation methods. Resourceful, visually minded, and willing to work hands-on during preparation, installation, and teardown. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple activations, vendors, orders, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously. A quick, independent problem-solver who can adapt when plans, inventory, or timelines change. Ability to communicate with sponsors in a professional and friendly manner Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a remote, cross-functional team. Technologically savvy and proficient in Google Workspace. Familiar with general event logistics and vendor management. Willing and able to travel and work on-site during event setup, show days, and teardown as needed.
