Experience Preferred: One year minimum of Real Estate sales experience.
Education Required: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred if minimal sales experience)
Skills Required:
strong communication skills, detailed, can handle high volume sales, solid relationship building, CRM management experience, social media, ability to manage many deals at once, strong negotiation skills, Microsoft suite programs, and schedule flexibility. If you are passionate about your next career move and want a predictable income in Real Estate sales, then we want to hear from you. This isn’t your typical brokerage and we are looking for driven salespeople looking for growth opportunities. Locations currently in Iowa and Ohio. Future territory growth opportunities available. Hired individual must have a Real Estate license in Iowa or pass the State and National Real Estate Exams.
