Senior Business Litigation Associate – Complex Litigation

Winstead PC in Dallas seeks a 5-6 year attorney for our Business Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have complex litigation experience including drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, researching, reviewing documents, drafting pleadings, and handling discovery. Experience in real estate and financial services litigation is preferred but not required. Strong academics and proficiency in complex drafting and client communication are essential.
