What You'll Do: Welcome customers and create a positive experience Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel Educate customers on membership options and promotions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Perform opening, closing, and operational procedures Work as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals Learn the systems, standards, and processes used to operate a successful car wash Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and coaching
