Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities: Lead maintenance operations for a 24/7 plastics manufacturing facility. Manage and develop a team of 13 maintenance technicians. Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment. Drive equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Support blow molding and injection molding production equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures. Partner with Production and Engineering teams on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital projects. Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, spare parts inventory, and outside contractors.

Qualifications: 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting plastics manufacturing operations, including blow molding, injection molding, or aerospace plastics manufacturing. Strong PLC troubleshooting and automation experience. Hands-on expertise with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience leading maintenance operations in a high-volume, 24/7 production environment. Proven success managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and uptime. Experience supervising maintenance personnel, including technicians and skilled trades. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent maintenance and leadership experience will be considered. Experience with CMMS systems, reliability initiatives, capital projects, and continuous improvement programs is a plus.
