RN Unit Manager – Rehab Leadership & Quality

Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our 46-bed Short-Term Rehabilitation Unit. You will oversee day-to-day clinical operations and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care, while ensuring compliance with NYS DOH and CMS standards. The role requires an active NYS RN license and at least three years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting, with strong leadership and communication skills.
