I'm partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse, production, and distribution facilities across a multiple sites. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing site leadership teams, improving performance, and ensuring consistent execution across locations. The position oversees warehousing, inventory, production, shipping/receiving, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will require 25% out of state travel.

What We're Looking For:

Multi-site operations leadership experience
Background in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or production environments
Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams
Strong financial, KPI, and budget management skills
Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence experience
Ability to travel between facilities as needed [Key Focus Areas:
Operational strategy and performance management
Inventory accuracy and customer fulfillment
Safety and regulatory compliance
Leadership development and succession planning
Process standardization and continuous improvement
Cross-functional business partnership

Qualifications Required:

8+ years of operations leadership experience
Multi-site warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution management experience
Proven ability to lead leaders and develop high-performing teams
Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement experience preferred
Strong financial, KPI, and budget management skills
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
Expertise in inventory, production, logistics, and customer fulfillment operations
Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence

Work Schedule: Onsite

Compensation: $150-170k base
