About the Role: The Company is seeking a Global Vice President of HR Business Partnering to lead its global and regional HRBP organization and help shape its people strategy. The role partners with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce, organization, talent, and leadership plans. Responsibilities include leading organization design, workforce planning, succession, leadership development, performance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The VP will guide people-related aspects of transformation, restructuring, and integration, use data to identify priorities and risks, and build a consistent global HRBP model that accounts for regional needs. Candidates should bring significant progressive HR leadership experience, including leading HR business partnering in a complex global organization and advising C-suite executives or comparable senior leaders. Strong commercial and financial acumen is required, along with deep expertise in organization design, workforce planning, executive talent, succession, and change. Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and navigating complex talent decisions is essential; M&A and integration experience is highly desirable.
