What You'll Do: Learn the full lifecycle of a trade, including purchasing, sales, credit, logistics, and inventory Work alongside experienced Traders on active deals and market opportunities Prospect and build relationships with customers and suppliers Develop expertise in commodity markets, pricing, sourcing, and negotiation Create a business plan for building your own book of business Transition into a 100% commission-based Trader role with uncapped earning potential
