Assistant Community Manager: Resident Experience Leader

You will assist in rent processing, tenant relations, and coordinating with vendors while upholding Fair Housing guidelines and company policies. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in assistant community management, knowledge of LIHTC programs, strong communication, and proficient bookkeeping skills.
