Account Manager - Construction Supply

What You’ll Do: Develop new business within your territory Build long-term relationships with concrete and construction professionals Identify opportunities, quote projects, and close deals Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth fulfillment Drive revenue and own your numbers

What We’re Looking For: Spanish Speaker Previous sales experience in building materials, lumber, concrete supplies, or related construction products Strong understanding of contractor needs and jobsite dynamics Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable working independently and being accountable for performance Strong communication and follow-up skills

Compensation: This position offers asmall base salary with the majority of compensation commission-based. High performers will be rewarded accordingly. There is significant earning potential for someone who can produce.\nCompany
