Customer Service Representative

Tasks: Accurately process transactions such as check cashing, deposits/withdrawals, and loan payments. Issue Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Gift Cards. Balance cash drawer with minimal or no discrepancies. Responsibly buy and sell cash to main vault to stay within set drawer limits. Accurately prepare and transmit transaction ticket work. Identify counterfeit money. Cash US Savings Bonds. Answer telephones, file paperwork, and maintain office supplies. Answer basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account history. Cross-sell bank products and services and refer customers to appropriate areas as needed. Follow bank policies and procedures. Maintain professional, business-like appearance. Perform other tasks requested by supervisor related to daily operations of the bank.
