Required Skills & Experience: Contractor will provide specialized support role within the Technical Space Management team (COLD) for Central Offices. Focus will be for Core LD ROADM systems responding to growth needs and options for legacy decom at sites with space constraint conditions. Role will also entail in focusing on inventory management of the Core Long Distance In-Line Amplifier (ILA) sites. Company is building a significant quantity of new repeater sites for our own Core Network as well as in support of Hyper Scaler buildout. Role will support space layout design, AutoCAD drawing inventory, as well as ensuring site specific information is inventoried in all necessary Network systems for AT&T Common Systems (FESRA, CO Dashboard, EBITS). Role will also assist with handling large waves of requests coming from Artemis driving space, power, and cooling evaluations with our Network and Real Estate partner organizations. Helps maintain single point of contact for inventory of new ILA Repeater sites driving consistency in drawing layouts and systems inventory. Role ensures adequate space and power capacity is being reserved for SDN ROADM growth at our large POP sites above and beyond Artemis and AON demands. Contact will interface with SIP (Strategic Infrastructure Planning) informing of new sites as well as communication on any sites lacking space to ensure leadership is alerted of sites with space constraint conditions. Work is directly related to Core Network build activities within our central offices. Role will support space layout design, AutoCAD drawing inventory, as well as ensuring site specific information is inventoried in all necessary Network systems for AT&T Common Systems (FESRA, CO Dashboard, EBITS).
