POSITION: Judson CRE is looking for the following specialists for their team:
OFFICE LEASINGRETAIL LEASINGINVESTMENT SALESThe ideal candidate can work both within the firm's team structure and represent the firm externally.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides a high level of service and is known as a trusted advisor
  • Self-starter who is able to independently close transactions
  • Secures new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Able to prioritize deal cycle while maintaining a healthy conversion rate
  • Communicates well and is solution-oriented
  • Utilizes and keeps CRM updated
Requirements: Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or other relevant field. Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communications and consensus building skills. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks consistently. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Conscientious, reliable, and flexible. High degree of professionalism and passion for success. Understands market cycles and sets short and long-term strategies taking these into consideration.
