Pay: $19.28 per hour + Weekly Pay + Overtime Available Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (10-Hour Shifts - Enjoy 3-day weekends!) Available Shifts:2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM (Friday OT as needed) 3rd Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 7:15 PM - 5:45 AM (Thursday night OT as needed)

What You'll Do: As a Press Operator, you will run automated and manual machinery to manufacture precision automotive components. Your core responsibilities include: Operating and monitoring industrial press equipment safely and efficiently. Conducting quality checks and visual inspections on finished parts to ensure zero defects. Using basic hand and power tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, spot-welding tools) for basic machine setup and minor adjustments. Maintaining accurate daily production and safety logs. Keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards.

What You'll Bring: (Qualifications)

Experience: 6+ months in manufacturing, machine operation, factory, or production environments. Physical Capability: Ability to stand comfortably for 10-hour shifts and safely lift up to 50 lbs. Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort using basic hand tools and strictly following written technical/work instructions.

Bonus Skills: Prior experience with stamping presses, tow motors, or forklifts is a plus (not required).
