This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days per week in the office. The AP Finance Analyst will support the day-to-day tracking and reporting of marketing spend, including invoice processing, payment proposals, and maintaining financial controls around invoice approval and payment. This role will also partner closely with Accounts Payable and other internal teams to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Code and process invoices in a timely manner. Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Process payments efficiently and accurately. Escalate questions or discrepancies to the Accounts Payable team or Director as needed. Support the AP team with additional invoice processing. Manage multiple tasks and initiatives across countries and brand groups. Assist with Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, GL reconciliations, rollforwards, and other finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or another business-related field.3+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as SAP.Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through complex data in a timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively across functions and recognize when and how to escalate issues.
