Transactions and Business Advisory Attorney

Duties: Provide legal advice on transactions and business advisory matters. Collaborate with clients to develop strategic solutions. Draft and review legal documents related to business transactions. Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs. Participate in business development and client relationship management.

Requirements: Licensed to practice law in Delaware; additional state admissions are a plus. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in transactions and business advisory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications: Bar admission in Delaware. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
