Behavioral Health Patient Care Technician – Growth & Impact

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join a multi-disciplinary team providing compassionate care to behavioral health patients. The role reports to an RN and supports direct patient care, safety, and crisis management within Arizona facilities. The PCT will work under supervision to ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to care plans while contributing to a collaborative treatment environment and ongoing program goals.
